Application programmer (Web Application Developer)

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Overtime, Day

Salary: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits, Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Vision Care Benefits

Skill Requirements:

Education: Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training, Some university, Completion of university

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.):Not required

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English

Specific Skills: Write, modify, integrate and test software code, Maintain existing computer programs by making modifications as required, Identify and communicate technical problems, processes and solutions, Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software, Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, Assist in the development of logical and physical specifications, Research and evaluate a variety of software products, Write, modify, integrate and test software code for e-commerce and other internet applications

Programming Languages: ASP, HTML, Java Script, Object-Oriented programming languages, PHP, SQL

Computer and Technology Knowledge: Windows, Networking security , Servers, Applications - enterprise, Programming software, Database software, Programming languages, Software development

Own Tools/Equipment: Computer, Printer, Internet access

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Sitting
