Job DescriptionThe Graphic Designer, or more formally known as the Training Development Assistant will be an important member of the CRA Institute Team, supporting the creation of instructor-led and online training in health and safety, quality system, human resources, and professional development. The primary responsibility of the Training Development Assistant will be to create professional quality videos and graphics for print and web. The CRA Institute provides high quality training creation and delivery services to CRA employees and external clients worldwide. The CRA Institute’s mission is to provide world class training.
Job RequirementsDuties will include: - Coordination of training course production including video and PowerPoint
- Uploading courses to the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Creation of unique graphics that distinctly represent the CRA Institute brand
- Integration and administration of social media communication initiatives
Qualifications: - Degree/diploma In the field of graphic design, digital media arts, multimedia development or related
field - Minimum 3 years’ experience in design and development of training program content
- Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Power Point, Camtasia, and Articulate
- Videography skills are an asset
- Excellent computer skills and a strong aptitude for learning new software
- Previous experience with website editing
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills mandatory
- Must be a self-starter and able to work under minimal supervision to meet tight deadlines
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
