Customer Service Representative: (Full-time Availability) DF COMPUTER CENTRE is currently seeking Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills You Will Be Accountable For: ■ Understand customer needs by phone and email, and identify opportunities to promote our products and services to the customers, ■ Ensure customer problems are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary ■ Create service reports, and monthly reports. ■ knowledge of cell phone products, services ■ Assisting with store merchandising, returns, and ensure the store is safe,
